This refreshing parfait is paradise in a cup! It’s a delicious treat featured with layers of creamy coconut yogurt, juicy chunks of fresh mango, sweet slices of pineapple, and crunchy granola sprinkled throughout for added texture.

Ingredients for Tropical Fruit Parfait

You’ll need just 4 simple ingredients to make these parfaits. 

Coconut Yogurt: I usually opt-in for coconut yogurt to add a tropical flavor and a creamy texture to the parfait. If you can’t find coconut yogurt, you can follow your heart and go with any yogurt of your choosing!

Granola: Nothing too specific here, use what you have! You can even make your own granola from scratch, there is no wrong answer.

Fresh Mango & Pineapple: Can’t have a tropical fruit parfait without the fruit! Highly recommend going with fresh fruit for the ultimate refreshing element. Not a fan of mango and pineapple? No worries, they can be substituted for any of your favorite tropical fruits such as kiwi, banana, and papaya!

Ways to enhance your parfait

Choose a variety of tropical fruits: Consider using a mix of fruits such as mangoes, papayas, pineapples, kiwis, and bananas to add depth of flavor and color to your parfait.
